Our Story

About I AM H₂O
I AM H₂O was established by Brittany, a marine biologist who is also an instructor in yoga, freediving, and breathwork, as well as a lifelong enthusiast of the ocean. Her philosophy emphasizes that human wellbeing and ocean health are interconnected — caring for one means caring for the other.
Philosophy
Through practices of movement, breathwork, creativity, and mindful engagement with nature, we facilitate participants' journeys toward profound awareness, balance, and embodied connections.
Approach
Each experience integrates wellness, science, and creativity. From gentle movement practices to ocean encounters and freediving experiences, I AM H₂O promotes intentional presence, nurturing healing, respect, and stewardship for the marine environment.
Wellness with Purpose
Every journey with I AM H₂O is guided by intention. Experiences directly support ocean initiatives like seagrass restoration, marine research, and community-based conservation, so your wellness practice also nurtures the sea.
